INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

I provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth to adults between the ages of 18-64. My approach is relational, empathetic, supportive, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

STRESS & TRAUMA 

Stress and trauma can have lasting effects on mental well-being. Through therapy, I assist clients in processing and healing from traumatic experiences, as well as developing healthy coping mechanisms to manage stress and build resilience.

ANGER MANAGEMENT

Managing anger is crucial for emotional well-being and healthy relationships. I provide effective strategies and support to help individuals understand and manage their anger, fostering healthier interactions and emotional regulation.

DEPRESSION 

Depression can significantly impact daily life, but with the right support, individuals can find hope and healing. I offer a compassionate and personalized approach to help clients manage and overcome depression, fostering resilience and a renewed sense of purpose.

ANXIETY SUPPORT

Anxiety can be overwhelming, but with the right tools and support, individuals can learn to manage and reduce anxiety symptoms. I work collaboratively with clients to develop coping skills, promote self-care, and cultivate a sense of calm and empowerment.

DBT

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) strategies can be incredibly beneficial for individuals struggling with overwhelming emotions. By teaching skills such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and effectiveness, DBT clients gain better control over their emotional responses. These strategies empower individuals to navigate intense feelings more effectively, fostering resilience and promoting healthier relationships. Ultimately, DBT provides practical tools that can lead to improved emotional well-being and a more balanced life.
