Build the life you want, one session at a time.

I’m Jessica Shaylor, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) #154089 in California. I offer telehealth sessions for adults ages 18–64 across the state, providing accessible and flexible care that meets you wherever you are.
I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and have spent three years in the mental health field, helping clients navigate life transitions, anxiety and stress management, relationship challenges and identity exploration. My approach incorporates relational therapy, person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and mindfulness-based techniques.
My therapeutic style is grounded, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe that therapy is most effective when it resembles a genuine relationship built on trust, curiosity, and respect. Together, we will explore the barriers you face, enhance your clarity around patterns, and create a space for meaningful growth. I assist clients in slowing down, tuning into their emotional experiences, and developing self-awareness without judgment.

Discover effective tools for anxiety and stress management that help you understand your triggers, reduce dysregulation, and build confidence in your ability to cope. I’ll guide you through grounding skills, cognitive reframing, and long-term strategies during our sessions.

I offer support in navigating low mood, fatigue, loss of interest, or feelings of disconnection through anxiety and stress management techniques. We will explore underlying patterns together, build coping skills, and create space for relief, motivation, and renewed emotional balance during our sessions.

Guidance through career changes, breakups, grief, moves, or seasons of uncertainty is essential for anxiety and stress management. I will work with you to clarify what you’re experiencing and strengthen your ability to adapt and thrive.

Explore patterns in how you connect, communicate, and show up in relationships. By participating in telehealth sessions, you can build healthier boundaries, increase emotional safety, and develop more secure attachment, all of which contribute to effective anxiety and stress management.

Build awareness of your emotional patterns and learn practical tools for anxiety and stress management to stay grounded when emotions feel intense. Working with a licensed marriage and family therapist during telehealth sessions can help increase resilience and self-trust over time.

Develop a deeper sense of worth, reconnect with your strengths, and shift patterns of self-criticism through effective anxiety and stress management. This is a space to understand yourself with more compassion and authenticity.

I understand that life can be busy, and it's not always easy to attend in-person therapy sessions. That's why I offer telehealth sessions that enable you to connect with me from the comfort of your own home. These teletherapy services are secure, private, and convenient, making them a great option for anxiety and stress management. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am here to support you.
